SPEC products have a 120 day warranty period. SPEC will accept returns/exchanges during this window for new and slightly used product and warranty issues only. Returns must have a return authorization number attached. This RMA number can be obtained by contacting the SPEC offices at 205-491-8581 or emailing tech@specclutch.com. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise unless the item is deemed to have a warranty issue and refunds do not include shipping. Refunds are typically processed in 7-10 days.
